GARLIC CHILLI CHUTNEY

Our chilli garlic chutney, made with fresh garlic and chillies, packs a flavour punch of epic proportions. Add a fiery oriental twist to your meal with this creation.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup noodles
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • tablespoon garlic
  • 2 tablespoon refined oil
  • water as required
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 pinches of salt

Step 1: Chop the onions and transfer them in a bowl. Now, grate the carrot into fine julienne and keep them aside.
Step 2: Boil the noodles until soft. Add 3 cups of water in a pan and heat it over the medium-high flame. Once the water starts to boil, add fresh noodles into it and allow it to cook until it gets soft. Once the noodles are boiled, transfer them in a glass bowl and keep aside.
Step 3: Start frying the vegetables. Heat refined oil in a wok over medium flame. Make sure that it does not get very hot. Now add the chopped onions, grated carrots. Stir to mix well.
Step 4: Add 4 dollops of Garlic Chilli Chutney and sauté it well.
Step 5: Now add the cooked noodles in the same wok and mix well to combine all ingredients. After 5 minutes, cover the wok with a lid and bring the flame to low. Cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6: Garnish, serve warm and enjoy!
