Viraj Bahl is the Founder and Managing Director of VRB Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd.

A product-led entrepreneur, Viraj founded Veeba in 2013 with the belief that an Indian company could build world-class food brands by placing quality, innovation and consumer understanding at the centre of the business. Under his leadership, VRB has grown from a food-solutions venture into a diversified food and beverage company with a portfolio spanning sauces, condiments, instant foods and beverages.

Viraj continues to shape the company’s product, quality, innovation and long-term growth agenda. His approach combines a deep understanding of food and consumer behaviour with the discipline required to build scalable and enduring brands.

Most recently, he led VRB’s expansion into beverages with Zyro, a zero-sugar, zero-calorie brand co-founded with Karan Aujla.

Viraj was named to The Economic Times 40 Under 40 in 2019. Under his leadership, Veeba was recognised as a Superbrand in 2021 and 2022, while VRB received AmbitionBox Best Places to Work recognition in 2022 and 2024. He has also appeared as a Shark on Seasons 4 and 5 of Shark Tank India, where he is known for bringing a rigorous, product-first perspective to evaluating businesses and founders.
